OSAGE, IOWA — Robert C. Scharper, 76, died Friday, April 10, l998, at Mitchell County Regional Health Center in Osage.

Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Monday at Champion Funeral Home in Osage, with the Rev. Roy Ott officiating. Burial will be in Osage Cemetery.

Visitation will be held from 4 to 9 today at the funeral home with the family to receive friends from 4 to 6 p.m.

Robert C. Scharper was born on September 17, l921, at Mitchell, Iowa.

He is survived by his wife, Lucile, of Osage; three sons, Jerry Scharper, Montezuma, Larry Scharper, Osage, and Armond Scharper, Plymouth; 13 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; two sisters, Eva Fletcher, Lincoln, Nebraska, and Ruth Briggs, Denver, Colorado; and one brother, Bill Scharper, Osage.

Robert was preceded in death by his parents and one nephew.
