OSAGE, IOWA - Orla Mae Potter, 73, of Osage, died Tuesday, May 4, 1999, at Mitchell County Regional Health Center, Osage, of natural causes.

Survivors include four sons, Alba Jr. of Osage, Jerry of Iowa City, Larry of Mason City and Russell of Altoona; eight grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; two brothers, Phil Betts of Evansdale and George Betts of Osage; a stepsister, Mary Ann Vote of Riceville.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Alba; a brother; and a sister.

Services will be 11 a.m. Friday at Champion Funeral Home, Osage, with private inurnment in Riverside Cemetery, Riceville, at a later date; friends may call from 5 to 7 p.m today and for an hour before services Friday at the funeral home.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Friday at the Champion Funeral Home, Osage, with the Rev. Jerry Newland officiating. Private inurnment will be in the Riverside Cemetery in Riceville at a later date.

Visitation will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. today at the Champion Funeral Home, and also an hour before services on Friday at the funeral home.
