MRS. LENA DIETERICH

OSAGE, IOWA — Services for Mrs. Lena Dieterich, 84, who died Monday, May 10, 1971, at the Mitchell County Memorial Hospital will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at St. John's Lutheran Church southwest of Osage. Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.

Survivors include three daughters, Mrs. [Richard Franklin] Eleanor Payne of Osage, Mrs. Joseph [Doris] Hamilton of Mason City and Mrs. Andrew [Flora] McLain of Milford; one son, Victor of Osage; three grandchildren; two brothers, Lawrence Hartwig of Osage and Fred Hartwig of Nora Springs, and one sister, Mrs. Minnie Troge of Osage.

Champion Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

RITES HELD FOR
LENA DIETERICH

Funeral services for a long-time resident of Mitchell county, Mrs. Lena Dieterich, were held today. Mrs. Dieterich died on Monday at the Memorial hospital.

Rev. S. Funck, pastor of St. John's Lutheran Church, conducted the services and the Champion Funeral Home was in charge, with burial in Calvary cemetery, southwest of Osage. Mrs. Dieterich had been a resident of the Faith Home for the past two years, and prior to that she had made her home of a farm southwest of Osage.

Mrs. Dieterich was preceded in death by her husband, Herman, who died in 1948.

Surviving are three daughters: Mrs. Eleanore Payne of Osage, Mrs. Doris Hamilton of Mason City, and Mrs. Flora McLain of Milford, Iowa; one son, Victor of Osage; two brothers, Lawrence Hartwig of Osage, Fred Hartwig of Nora Springs; one sister, Mrs. Minnie Troge of Osage; and three grandchildren.
