Louis Fletcher Dies at Home
in St. Ansgar

ST. ANSGAR, IOWA — Louis Fletcher, 70, died at his home here. Services were held in St. Ansgar Catholic Church with the Rev. P. C. Bodensteiner celebrating the Requiem High Mass.

Born at Dougherty, Iowa, August 7, 1888, he had been a farmer all his life.

He was married to Miss Frankie Dean, August 31, 1907. Mrs. Fletcher died in 1928. He had retired to St. Ansgar after an illness in March.

Surviving are seven children Mrs. Vincent (Irene) Feller, Blooming Prairie, Minnesota; Lyle, Minneapolis; Louis, Austin, Minnesota; Galen, Austin; Mrs. John John (Esther) Cook, Rockford; Mrs. Carl (Velma) Cannon, Windom, Minnesota; Mrs. Keith (Earla) Stiles, Rudd; 14 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
