RICEVILLE, IOWA — Services for Gernard Duryee, 62, of Riceville, who died Friday at home following a heart attack, will be 1:30 p.m. tomorrow at Hutchens Funeral Home in Leroy, Minn.; burial in Wayne Cemetery at Mclntire.

He is survived by his wife, Pearl; eight sons, Ronald of Sumner, Marvin of Riceville, Darell and Gordon of Mclntire, Wayne of Little Cedar, Leonard of Leland, Vern of Osage, and James of St. Paul, Minn.; four daughters, Mrs. Art Semerod of Elma, Mrs. Eugene Woolworth of Riceville, Miss Donna Duryee of Leroy, Minn., and Mrs. Richard Hahn of rural Riceville; two sisters, Mrs. Art Cable of Colo, and Mrs. Lois Becker of Cresco; two brothers, Wendell of Charles City and Dale of Bailey.

RICEVILLE, IOWA -- Services for Gernard Duryee, 61, who died Friday night at his home in Riceville, were at 1:30 p.m. Monday at the Hutchins Funeral Home in LeRoy, Minnesota. Burial was in the Wayne Cemetery in McIntire.

Survivors include his wife, Pearl; eight sons, Ronald of Sumner, Marvin of Riceville, Darell and Gordon, both of McIntire, Wayne of Little Cedar, Leonard of Leland, Vern of Osage, and James of St. Paul; four daughters, Mrs. Art (Diane) Semerod of Elma, Mrs. Eugene (Barbara) Woolworth and Mrs. Richard (Cherie) Hahn, both of Riceville, and Miss Donna Duryee of LeRoy, Minnesota; two sisters, Mrs. Art Cable of Colo and Mrs. Lois Decker of Cresco; and two brothers, Wendell Duryee of Charles City and Dale of Bailey.
