Shirley Louise (Wren)(Fjone) Biederman

Funeral services were held at 1:30 P.M. Saturday at Winnebago Lutheran Church, rural Lake Mills, Iowa, for Shirley Louise Biederman, 59, Route 1 Osage, who died Wednesday August 17, 1988 at North Iowa Medical Center in Mason City of cancer. The Reverend Henry Stolz officiated with burial in the Winnebago Cemetery.

Mrs. Biederman was born March 23, 1930 at Manly, Iowa, to Irvin L. and Lillie (Glassel) Wren.

On August 10, 1947, she was married to Harold Fjone at Lake Mills. They farmed south of Lake Mills until 1970, then moved to Forest City. He died in 1973.

She was a homemaker and worked for seven years at the Forest City Summit.

On December 12, 1981 she was married to Wilbur Biederman.

Survivors include her husband, Wilbur, Osage; one daughter. Mrs. Harold (Kimberly) Stevenson, Mason City; one son, Mark Fjone, Colleyville, Texas; her mother, Lillie Wren, Mason City; four step-children; three grandchildren and six step-grandchildren.
