OSAGE, IOWA — Edward Henry Swann, 72, died Saturday at his home following a heart attack. Funeral services will be Wednesday at 2 p.m. at the Champion Funeral Home. The Reverend Everett Pencook will officiate. Burial will be in the Osage Cemetery.

Born April 22, 1888, in Minnesota, he was the son of Henry and Mary Swann. He had farmed all his life.

Surviving are his wife Minnie; a son, Donald; a daughter, Mrs. Melvin Fairbrother, Windom, Minnesota; two sisters, Miss Pricilla Swann, Mason City, Iowa; and Mrs. Margaret Walker, Minneapolis; two grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
