MAURICE COUNSELL

OSAGE, IOWA -— Maurice (Skip) Counsell, age 37, died Monday night at St. Joseph Mercy Hospital in Cresco, Iowa, after a short illness. An autopsy was scheduled to determine the cause of death.

Maurice was born October 8, 1936.**

Mr. Counsell, a former resident of Osage, had lived near Cresco for the past two years.

Funeral services will be on Thursday, Feb., 14, 1974, at the United Methodist Church in Osage. Burial will be at the Osage Cemetery. Champion Funeral Home of Osage in charge of arrangements.

Survivors are his wife, JoAnn; four children, Marry Lynne, 11, Donald Lee, 8, and twins Denise Jo and Deanna Jo, 4; his mother, Mrs. Lloyd Counsell of rural New Haven; three brothers: Lloyd Jr., of Osage, Owen of rural New Haven, and Robert of Little Cedar.
