ST. ANSGAR, IOWA, Jan. 1, 1929. — The death of Mrs. Jacob Landgrebe, 83, Monday, was due to pneumonia, complicated by infirmities of age. She had been a resident of this vicinity for 59 years.

The funeral will be tomorrow at 2:00 P.M. at the home with services Immediately following at the Evangelical church. Rev. Karl Kaupp will officiate. Interment will be at Dysart cemetery.

Surviving are four daughters and five sons; Mrs, Lizzie Mehlhaus, Mrs. Martha Dunlap, Mrs. Emma Larson, Mrs. Ella Degner, Adam, Will and Ed, of Dysart, and George, of Brandt, South Dakota.
