Thomas Edward Faley -- 1922-1988

Funeral services were held at St. Edward's Catholic Church for Thomas Edward Faley, 66, of Waterloo, with entombment in Mt. Olivet Mausoleum. Mr. Faley died Saturday, August 27, 1988 in the Hospice Unit of Covenant Medical Center of Cancer.

He was born April 21, 1922 in Waterloo, the son of Thomas E. and Laura Miller Faley.

Survivors inlcude his wife, Dolores; two daughters, Debra Freiman of Springfield, Illinois and Jane Smith of Iowa City; three grandchildren; and two sisters, Myrie Messerer and Florence Bisbie both of Waterloo; Ralph Fox Jr. of Orchard, a brother-in-law.
