Arbor L. Butler 1922-1988

Funeral services were held Friday, October 14, 1988 in Anniston, Alabama with burial in the Anniston Memorial Gardens, for Osage native, Arbor L. Butler, 66, of Glencoe, Alabama.

He died October 12, 1988 at the Regional Medical Center in Anniston, Alabama of cancer.

Mr. Butler was born and raised in the Osage area. He served in the United States Army retiring after 20 years of service. He was stationed at Fort McClellan, Alabama.

He is survived by his wife, Evelyn of Glencoe, Alabama; a daughter, Mrs. Martha Beck of Arab, Alabama; six sisters, Dorothy Butler of Wheaton, Illinois, Garnet Butler of Austin, Minnesota, Mrs. Lorraine Nelson of Walla Walla, Washington, Virginia Butler of Glendora, California, Mrs. Margaret Bretz of Minneapolis, Minnesota, and Maureece Butler of Rochester, Minnesota; and four brothers, Leonard of Russ, William of Los Angeles, California, James of Minneapolis, and Russell of Phoenix, Arizona.
