OSAGE, IOWA — Matthew (Chuck) Milbrandt, 21, of Osage, died Sunday (Dec. 7, 2003) of injuries he received in an auto accident near Osage.
Matthew was born Jan. 30, 1982, in Osage, the son of Mark Milbrandt and Cindee (Johnson) Clark. He attended Osage Community School, where he participated in various school activities.
He was currently working as an EMT for Mitchell County Regional Health Center Ambulance Service.
Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Thursday at Our Savior’s Lutheran Church in Osage with Rev. Dennis Hanson and Rev. Roy Ott officiating. Interment will be in the Osage Cemetery.
Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Wednesday at the Champion-Bucheit Funeral Home in Osage, and will continue one hour before services at the church.
He is survived by his mother, Cindee Clark and her husband, Bill, of Osage; father, Mark Milbrandt and his wife, Nancy, of Osage; five sisters: Christina Milbrandt, of Osage, Amy Milbrandt, of Osage, Jessie Johanns, of Osage, Tami (Clark) Manz and her husband, August, of Council Bluffs, and Angie Clark, of Mason City; one brother, Jeremie Johanns, of Osage; maternal grandparents, Harley and Clarissa Johnson, of Osage; maternal great-grandmother, Elleanora Rex, of Osage; and paternal grandfather, Ralph Milbrandt, of Grafton.
He was preceded in death by his paternal grandmother, Joanne Milbrandt; and sister, Jackie Johanns.
