Catharine (Corlett) Hobson, of Eldora, died on Friday, April 6, 2001.

Funeral services were held on Tuesday, April 10, at the First United Methodist Church in Eldora, Iowa.

Catharine was the daughter of Curtis and Ella Corlett, former residents of Osage. She graduated from the Osage High School in the Class of 1939. Catharine was united in marriage to Carroll Hobson of Eldora.

They were the parents of four children, Brian, Mark and twins, Maurice and Maurine; ten grandchildren; and one sister, Charlene Carlisle of Phoenix, Arizona.
