ST. ANSGAR, IOWA — Hattie L. Haugen, 87, rural St. Ansgar, died Thursday (Jan. 8, 1998) at the Mitchell County Regional Health Center.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday at the Mona Lutheran Church, Mona, with the Rev. Russ Wangen officiating. Burial will be in Pleasant Hill Cemetery, Mona.

Visitation will be held from 5 to 7 p.m. today at Schroeder & Sites Funeral Home, 207 S. School St., St. Ansgar.

Hattie L. Haugen was born on February 18, 1910, in Louriston township, Chippewa county, Minnesota, the daughter of Magnus Hanson and Betsy Johnson Hanson.

Survivors include one sister, Clarice (Mrs. Walter) Eggen, of Mankato, Minnesota.

She was preceded in death by her parents, and her husband.
