Funeral services were held Monday, September 15, 1986 for Mrs. David (Tammy) Lievrouw, 17 of Mitchell, Mitchell county, Iowa. Services were conducted by Rev. Perry Brown, interim pastor, at the Faith Lutheran Church in Mitchell. Burial was in the Oak Grove Cemetery in Mitchell.

Tammy Cullen was born on October 29, 1968 in Mitchell, Iowa, to Ronald and Tina (Weldin) Cullen. She attended Osage Community Schools.

On Feb. 12, 1985 she married David Lievrouw at Mitchell and the couple resided there.

Tammy lost her life in an automobile accident between Osage and Orchard. Survivors include her husband David, and their son Dustin Lievrouw of Mitchell. Also Tammy's parents, Mr. and Mrs. Ronald Cullen of Mitchell, and one sister, Mrs. Jerry (Angel) Newhouse of Osage.
