Mrs. John Salz Dead

Mrs. John Salz, nee Elizabeth Roth, was born in Essen, Germany, Sept. 15, 1866, and came to the United States in 1880. She was married in 1885. Died at 6:10 p.m. March 29.

She is survived by her husband and twelve children: Mrs. Martin Wolf, Mrs. Anton Derner of St. Paul, Minn, William Salz of West Brooklyn, Ill., Christina Salz and Mrs. William Hynes, of New Hampton, Sister M. Bernadine of Cedar Rapids, John Salz, Mrs. Isador Weber, Mrs. J. J.
Parcell, Peter Salz, Mathilda Salz and Mrs. Delphine Brumm all of Stacyville, sixty-three grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.

Funeral service was held at 9 o'clock Tuesday morning at Visitation church and burial was in the Stacyville Catholic cemetery.
