Mrs. Fisk Has Passed Away

Died Sunday at the Age of Over 89 Years

Buried Here Tuesday Afternoon

Jane Norris was born in London, England, February, 25, 1831, and departed this life at her home in Osage, March 21, 1920, aged 89 years and 26 days.

At the age of 1 year, she came with her parents to America. Her childhood was spent at Montreal and Quebec, Canada. June 22, 1854, she was united in marriage with Theodore Fisk at DeKalb, N.Y. They resided at DeKalb and Copper's Falls, until 1857, when they came to Stacyville, Iowa.
In 1864, they moved to Osage, which place has since been her home.

Mr. Fisk passed away ten years ago.

Four children were born to them: William C. and Wesley E., of Osage; Frederick G., of Santa Cruz, Cal., and Mrs. B. W. Talcott of Walla Walla, Wash. Mrs Fisk united with the M.E.Church at an early age and has been a faithful member of the Osage Methodist church. She was a faithful wife and a kind and loving mother.

Funeral services were conducted by Rev. L. C. Lemon at the Wesley Fisk home at 2:45 o'clock Tuesday afternoon, and interment was in Osage cemetery.
