Floyd A. Heard Funeral
Held in Missouri

Funeral services for Floyd A. "Skip" Heard, 39, who died at his home near Buffalo, Missouri, November 5, 1983, were held November 8 at the Montgomery Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Tom Owens officiating.

Mr. Heard was an employee of the Bison Hill Game Farm. He was baptized and confirmed at Deer Creek Lutheran Church near Carpenter, Iowa, and was a graduate of Carpenter High School in the class of 1962. He married Jenny Lou North, June 26, 1964.

He is survived by his wife, Jenny; three sons: Darin of Republic, Missouri; Kevin and Corey at home; by his father, Kenneth of Buffalo, Missouri; and by three half sisters: Mildred Sipes of San Angelo, Texas; Betty Kelly of Washington, D.C.; and Mary Ann Nethers of Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Mr. Heard was preceded in death by his mother, Alice; by a baby daughter, Rebecca; and by a half sister, Lucille Olson.

Interment was in the Reynolds cemetery west of Buffalo, Missouri, with Rev. Owens in charge of committal services.
