GREENBRAE, CALIFORNIA -- Dr. V. C. Paulson, 83, of 501 Via Casitas, Apt. 116, Greenbrae, California, died Thursday, April 6, 2006. A "Celebration of Life" will be held at a later date.

He was born on a farm in Mitchell County, Iowa, to Gus and Margaret Paulson. He graduated from Osage high school and ISU in Ames. A veterinarian, he practiced in St. Ansgar, Iowa, before moving to California. He was preceded in death by his parents, a brother Gaylon and a sister Twyla.

He is survived by his wife Joan; daughter Nancy Semorile and sons Jack and Dick Paulson; four grandchildren; two sisters Joyce Hveen and Bonnie Picht.
