David Eugene Beam

Died: April 13, 2020

Obituary

David Eugene Beam, passed away at the age of 80, from this life on April 13, 2020. David left this life a better place full of laughter and Love for all people he met.

On August 1st 2019, he and his loving wife of 30 years Miriam moved to their new home in Stacyville, Iowa to be closer to their children and grandkids. David also moved here to be closer to the place he’d fallen in love with Miriam’s childhood family farm.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Cletus & Rebecca, his brother Michael, also his Aunts & Uncle; Mary & Bud, Bobbie Lou & Bob, Nan & Jack, Aunt Neeny & Wally, Mary Jeanette & Luther, Belva & Glen and Sister-in-law Nancy Jarvis.

Surviving family; his loving wife Miriam Mackintosh Beam, sons David and Braden (Jennifer) his grandkids Finlay & Theo. Brother Tom (Donna) and sister Deby and in Laws Joanna, Lee Jarvis, Phyllis & DeWitt Killam, Hugh & Carol Mackintosh and Esther Mackintosh. Many nieces & nephews & Great nieces & nephews.

Donations can be made on David E Beam’s behalf to Hospice of North Iowa and/or Stacyville, Iowa public library. Thank you to Schroeder & Sites Funeral Home in St. Ansgar, Iowa, for taking care of arrangements. No services at this time but at a later date we will be having 2 different Celebrations of Life in 2 different locations in West Milton, Ohio & Miriam’s family farm in Livermore, Iowa.
