Funeral service will be held on Saturday, May 19, 2018, at Hindt-Hudek Funeral Home Cresco, Iowa. Burial will be in Wayne Cemetery, McIntire, Mitchell County, Iowa.

Sharon Lee Decker was born in Wayne Township, Iowa, on August 10, 1940, daughter of John and Lois (Duryee) Decker. She was a 1959 graduate of McIntire High School. Sharon worked as the head dietician at Cresco Care Center for 12 years.

On July 2, 1987, Sharon married Robert Stuckey in Salem, South Dakota in a secret ceremony. After 20 years the secret came out to the family that they had been married the whole time. Sharon enjoyed her retirement and wintering in Arizona for the past 16 years. She loved spending time with her family.

Sharon is survived by her husband Robert Stuckey of Lanesboro, MN; her children: Wanda (James) Platte of Cedar Falls, IA, Audrey (Patrick) Watkins of Yuba City, CA, Dean Patton of Onalaska, WI, and Nancy (Richard) Kottke of Fredericksburg, IA; grandchildren, Lindsey and Cole Watkins, and Laura Platte; and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents, first husband Robert Patton, brother Donald Decker, and her sister Joyce Decker-Fuller.
