Craig Allan Kisner, age 63, of Mason City and formerly of Osage, Iowa, died Wednesday, March 28, 2018, at the Mercy Medical Center - North Iowa Emergency Room in Mason City, Iowa.

Private services will be held.

Craig was born August 28, 1954, in Osage, the son of Joseph and Shirley (Taylor) Kisner. He attended school in Osage and graduated from Osage High School in 1972. He was in the United States Marine Corps from 1972 – 1974. Craig was united in marriage to Crystal Thurnau and to this union a son, Jay, was born. They later divorced. Craig worked as a printing press operator at Wallace in Osage.

Craig is survived by his son, Jay (Michele Hoeper) Kisner of Austin, Minnesota; daughter, Ashley (Greg Deberry) Kisner of Osage; granddaughter, Keira Kisner-Hoeper; mother, Shirley Newhouse; five brothers, Rick (Darlene) Kisner, David (Deborah) Kisner, Brad Kisner, Tracy (Kiersten) Kisner and Korey Kisner.

He is preceded in death by his father, Joseph; sister, LuAnne Fullard; and by his step-father, William Newhouse.
