WILKE RITES HELD
St. Ansgar -- Funeral services for Otto F Wilke, 63, were held Sunday at the home and at Immanuel Lutheran Church, the Rev. H. Wolters officiating.
He died at his home Wednesday after a long illness.
He was a member of the town council until a year ago when he resigned due to ill health.
He leaves the widow, a brother and 2 sisters.

Otto Frederick Wilke was born April 1, 1886 in Mitchell County, Iowa, the son of Ferdinand and Johanna (Stangohr) Wilke. He died January 29, 1950 in St. Ansgar, Mitchell, Iowa.
He married Marie Elizabeth (nee Klindt) Wallace on November 28, 1929 in Plymouth, Cerro Gordo, Iowa. She was born in Denmark on June 14, 1884, the daughter of Peter and Elsie (Sorenson) Klindt. She died June 2, 1965 in Saint Ansgar. There were no children from this marriage.
