DIES IN FERGUS FALLS HOSPITAL
FORMER MITCHELL RESIDENT DIED IN FERGUS FALLS ON LAST THURSDAY

Mrs. Fred Schulz, 67, former resident of Mitchell and Worth counties, died in a hospital in Fergus Falls, MN. Mrs. Schulz broke her hip in a fall two weeks ago and her injury was complicated by diabetes. Funeral services were held at Trinity Lutheran church in Fergus Falls. Rev. Walter Friedrich in charge.

Mrs. Schulz, the daughter of William Sr. and Julie Schmidt Feldt , was born in Germany April 19, 1866. She came to America when five years old with her parents who located in Mitchell county. Following her marriage she resided near Grafton until 1916 when they moved to Clitherall, MN., and lived four years, then moving to Fergus Falls.

She is survived by her husband and nine children. They are Mrs. Sagehorn, Clitherall; Emil, Battle Lake; Mrs. Paul Cheever, Hibbing; Mrs. Julian Quam, Carlisle; Roy of Carlisle; Herman, Lena, Lawrence and Bernice at home. A brother, Charles Feldt, and a sister, Mrs. Rachut, both of St. Ansgar, also survive. An aged stepmother and 15 grandchildren are also living.
