ST. ANSGAR, IOWA - David Allen Kittleson, 56, of St. Ansgar, died Wednesday, March 25, 2015 at home.

Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, March 28, 2015, at Immanuel Lutheran Church in St. Ansgar, with the Rev. Dr. Byron Northwick officiating. Burial will be in Immanuel Cemetery in St. Ansgar.

Visitation will be 5 to 8 p.m. Friday, March 27, at Schroeder and Sites Funeral Home, 207 S. School St., St. Ansgar.

Obituary:

Dave was born on April 28, 1958 in Osage, Iowa to Melvin (Bob) and Phyllis (Tollefson) Kittleson. He married Vicki Boerjan on June 2, 1979 and to this union three children were born, Travis on July 9, 1981, Rhiannon on March 12, 1986 and Ariel on March 7, 1990.

Dave worked at Grain Millers for almost 30 years. He also worked on his four days off delivering L.P. and working at Falk’s. He also had worked construction for Don Kofoot as well as worked at Croel Redi Mix.

He loved to take care of his fish pond, bowling, camping and mowing lawn. He truly enjoyed spoiling his grandchildren whenever he could.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Melvin (Bob) and Phyllis Kittleson and his niece, Karyn Leeman.

Dave is survived by his wife, Vicki; a son, Travis (Krystal); daughters, Rhiannon (Joe) Warrington and Ariel (Nic) Schulmeister; five grandchildren, Kianna, Bailey, Hayden, Parker and Eleanor.
