Klara Annette Olsen was born July 7, 1882 at Cedar, Mitchell, Iowa to Lars Iver Syse Olsen and Anna Regina Larson, the first of their seven children.

Klara was baptized on August 13, 1882 at the Rock Creek Lutheran Church at Meroa, Cedar, Mitchell, Iowa. Her baptismal sponsors were: Mr & Mrs Ole Torbaa; Jens and Helga Larson.

Klara was not quite two years old when she died on April 25, 1884 at Cedar, Mitchell, Iowa. She is buried at the Rock Creek Lutheran Church Cemetery, Meroa, Cedar, Mitchell, Iowa.

There is a memorial for her at Find a Grave #99561488.

Note: Two years after Klara's death in 1884, a daughter was born who was again named Clara Annette.
