Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Peter's Catholic Church, New Haven, for Mary Luella Foxen, 80, who died Sunday, January 9, 1983 at Mitchell County Memorial Hospital.

Rev. J. Gregory will officiate at the service. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Champion Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements. Visitation will be after 5 p.m. today at Champion Funeral Home, where there will be a rosary at 7:30 tonight.

Mary was born near Riceville, Iowa, the daughter of Francis and James McCann. She was united in marriage to John Foxen in Dubuque in 1923.

She was preceded in death by her husband, John, her parents, a sister, Francis Shetler and two grandchildren, Dennis Eden and Tommy Coleman.

Survivors include four daughters, Mrs. Donald (May Lucena) Eden, Titonka; Mrs. Alice Wilkins, Nora Springs; Mrs. Urban (Delores) Hemann, McIntire; and Mary Catherine Coleman, Shawnee, Kansas; four sons, John, Waterloo; Francis, Rockford; Donald and Leo, both of Osage; 37 grandchildern and seven great-grandchildren.
