OELWEIN, IOWA - Theresa Louise "Teri" Gabriel, 45, of Oelwein, died Thursday, September 1, 2005, at Buchanan County Health Center, Independence.

She was born December 6, 1959, in Osage, daughter of Clifford Francis and Sharon Kay Mooberry Maulsby. She married Steven Karl Gabriel June 12, 2003, in Independence.

She graduated from Charles City High School in 1978 and received her AA degree in criminal justice from Kirkwood Community College, Cedar Rapids.

Survived by her husband; four sons, Dustin Hall of Cedar Falls, Ben Gabriel of Madrid, Joe Gabriel of Manchester and Nick Gabriel (fiance Kelli Boyle) of Cedar Rapids; three daughters, Jennifer Hall (fiance Trent Lamphier), Dannielle Hoffman and Elizabeth Gabriel, all of Oelwein; three grandchildren; three brothers, Michael (Janice) Maulsby of Ventura, Thomas (Linda) Maulsby of Clear Lake and Thomas (Kristin) Maulsby of Romeoville, Illinois; and two sisters, Patricia (James) Stephenson of Ames and Tammy (Mark) Mowrer of Robins.

Preceded in death by her parents; and grandparents.

Services: 11 a.m. Tuesday at Jamison-Schmitz Funeral Home, with burial in Woodlawn Cemetery, both in Oelwein. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday and for an hour before services Tuesday at the funeral home.

Memorial fund has been established.
