Mrs. Arthur Roberts, 86, resident here since 1908, died Thursday at 10 p.m. of complications incident to advanced age at Christie Convalescent Home.
A native of Mitchell County, Mrs. Roberts was born Minnie Alice Gilmore September 16, 1868, daughter of Clark and Mary Jane Gilmore, She was married to Arthur Roberts at Mitchell March 31, 1887, and came to Waterloo 46 years ago.
Surviving are a sister, Mrs. Arthur Snackenberg of Elk Run Hts. and four granddaughters.
She was preceded in death by her husband and two children,
Arrangements for the final rites are pending at the Locke Funeral Home.

Funeral services for Mrs. Minnie Roberts, 86, will be Monday at 2 p.m. at Locke Funeral Home. The Rev. H. E. Dierenfield, pastor of First Presbyterian Church, will officiate, and burial will be in Fairview Cemetery.
Mrs. Roberts died Thursday at Christie Convalescent Home in Cedar Falls.
