Services for Margaret Josephine Christensen, 60, of Prescott, Arizona, will be Thursday at 1:30 p.m. at the First Congregational Church. The Rev. C. Earl Page will officiate and burial will be at Riverside Cemetery. She died November 11 at the St. Joseph's Hospital in Phoenix, Arizona.

Christensen was born March 23, 1910, in Mitchell County, the daughter of Gilbert and Stella Odden Anderson. She received her education in the Mitchell County Schools, was confirmed in the Rock Creek Lutheran Church and taught country school in Mitchell County for Five years.

She married Norman Christensen on November 29, 1940, in Mitchell County. They lived in Iowa Falls most of their life and for the past four years lived in Prescott, Arizona. She was a member of the Faith United Church in Prescott and served as Sunday school superintendent. She was a member of the P.E.O.

Survivors include her widower, Norman; one daughter, Julie Christensen of New Orleans, Louisiana; her mother, Mrs. Stella Anderson of Osage; two brothers, Kenneth Anderson of Clear Lake and Gerald Anderson of the Philippines; one sister, Mrs. Clarice Vance of Des Moines.

The Warner Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
