Ralph Jessie Isaacs was born April 28, 1889 on a farm at Cedar, Mitchell, Iowa to Rollef Isaaksen (Robert Isaacs) and Johanna Palm, the fifth of their seven children. He had 6 siblings and 5 step-siblings.

Found in the 1895 - 1915 censuses living on his father's farm at Cedar, Mitchell, Iowa:
1895: Ralph Isaacs age 5.

1900: Nils A Isaac 22, Robert Isaac 70, Johana Isaac 49, Hannah C Isaac 18, Relph J Isaac 11, Clarence M Isaac 9, Almer K Isaac 5, Elisabeth Finsand 24, Nora J Finsand 3.

1905: Robert Isaacs, Johanna, Elizabeth, Ralph, Clarence, Elmer, Louis Sorensen, Norah Isaacs.

1910: Robert Isaacs 80, Johanna Palm Isaacs 59, Ralph Isaacs 20, Elizabeth Isaacs 34, Clarence Isaacs 19, Elmer Isaacs 16, Nora Finsand 13.

1915: Ralph Isaacs age 26.

Ralph married Minnie Alice Koch (1894-1933) on April 7, 1915 at Osage, Mitchell, Iowa. The couple had one daughter, Katherine Isaacs (1916-2002).

Found in the 1920 - 1940 censuses at Osage, Mitchell, Iowa:
1920: Ralph Joaacs 30, Minnie Joaacs 25, Katherine Joaacs 3yrs, 9 mos, Alvin Kock 23.

1925: Ralph Isaacs 35, Minnie Isaacs 30, Katherine C Isaacs 8.

1930: Ralph J Isaacs 40, Minnie A Isaacs 35, Katherine C Isaacs 13.

1940: Ralph J Isaacs 50, Minnie A Isaacs 44, Katherine C Isaacs 23. Farmer.

Ralph and Minnie were divorced abt December 1940.

Ralph J Isaacs died November 8, 1955, at either Osage, Mitchell, Iowa or Wichita, Sedgwick, Kansas. He is buried at the Osage City Cemetery, Osage, Mitchell, Iowa.
