Funeral services were held Monday for Mrs. Ray Cummings, 92, of Osage. Mrs. Cummings died Friday at her home after being in failing health for several years. Cause of her death was a stroke, which she suffered June 7.
Rev. L. Norris, pastor of the Congregational church, was in charge of the services at the Baptist church, and arrangements were by C. R. Champion and Sons. Burial was . . . [TRUNCATED]

NOTES:
Augusta (Knoulton) Cummings, the daughter of Lyman Warner Knoulton and Ellen (Ryerson) Knoulton.
According to the 1900 Census she was born June 1878, in Iowa.
In the 1930 Census she is still single and an insurance agent in Osage with her own office.
In the 1940 Census she is married to Ray Cummings. His full name was Ray Gordon Cummings and he was born December 3, 1898 and he died May 23, 1977. He was the son of Frank Homer Cummings and Myrta (Wade) Cummings. Ray and Augusta are both buried in Osage Cemetery. Augusta's parents are buried there too.
