COLTON, MAYHAIR, VERDUN

OSAGE, IOWA — Richard Colton Sr., 56, of Osage, died Monday, June 10, 1991, at Maple Manor Nursing Home, Osage, of natural causes.
Survivors include two daughters, Ellanor Mayhair of Cabot, Arkansas, and Colleen Verdun of Houston; three sons: Kevin of Cabbot, Leslie of Newport News, Virginia, and Russell of Middleboro, Massachusetts; and 13 grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Leslie and Gertrude Colton; and a son, Richard Jr.; he farmed in the Osage area.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Thursday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Osage, with burial in church cemetery. Friends may call after 1 p.m. Wednesday at Champion Funeral Home, Osage, where there will be a rosary at 3 and Scripture service at 7:30 p.m., both Wednesday.
