THE VISIT OF DEATH

A. M. BUSH WHO DIED AT OSAGE
WAS WELL KNOWN IN WATERLOO.

Waterlooans received news Wednesday evening of the death of A. M. Bush, a pioneer of Osage and a man well known in Waterloo. Mr. Bush died very suddenly Wednesday afternoon while out walking. He was stricken with heart trouble while on the street and died within a few minutes.

Mr. Bush was a widower, his wife having preceded him to the grave three years ago, and since that time he had made his home with an only daughter, Mrs. B. K. Moran, at Osage.

Mr. Bush was known to many residents of this city especially by members of the Masonic fraternity. He was a Knight Templar and had attended many meetings and banquets held by the local lodge.

During the last race meet in this city he was a guest at the home of Mr. and Mrs. W. Barr, 317 East Eleventh Street. At that time he suffered an attack of heart trouble, and was ill for several hours. He had made frequent visits to this city and had cultivated the friendship of hosts of Waterlooans.

Deceased was a retired business man, 65 years of age. At one time he followed the livery business and at another time conducted a grocery. Mr. Bush was sheriff of Mitchell County for a number of years and at the time of his death was deputy sheriff.

Funeral services will be held Friday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock and will probably be conducted by the Masonic order. A delegation from the local lodge together with other of his Waterloo friends will attend the obsequies.
