OSAGE, IOWA — Services for Hazel Tabbert, 88, of Osage, will be Saturday at Our Savior's Lutheran Church, Osage. Burial will be in Osage Cemetery.

She died of natural causes on Wednesday, June 7, 1989, at Maple Manor Nursing Home, Osage.

Survivors include her husband, Victor; a daughter, Anna Marie Catt of Independence; two sons, Delbert of Fort Dodge and Gene of Osage; eight grandchildren; a sister, Florence Muller of Anaheim, Calif.; and a brother, Clifford Smalley of Osage.

She was preceded in death by two brothers and two sisters.

Friends may call today at Champion Funeral Home, Osage.

Hazel was the daughter of Eugene and Caroline Johnson Smalley.
