Anne Clarissa Goplerud was born March 26, 1893 at Rock, Mitchell, Iowa to Harald Christoffersen Goplerud and Dina Pedersdatter Groth, their second child and only daughter. She had one older brother, Clifford Peter Goplerud.
Anne was baptized on May 21, 1893 at the Rock Creek Lutheran Church at Meroa, Cedar, Mitchell, Iowa. Her baptismal sponsors were: Peder Groth and wife; Oline Goplerud and John Goplerud.
She married Dr Samuel Savre.
By the ship lists on Ancestry, it appears that "Clarice" Savre enjoyed traveling by ship and made many voyages/trips.
She died November 24, 1976 at Osage, Mitchell, Iowa and was buried at the Osage City Cemetery, Osage, Mitchell, Iowa.
Found in the 1900 - 1940 censuses living at Osage, Mitchell, Iowa:
1900: Harry C Gope*D 36, Dona Gope*D 31, Clifford Gope*D 8, Clara Gope*D 7, Mary Raven 17.
1910: Harald Christoffersen Goplerud 46, Dina Pedersdatter Groth Goplerud 40, Clifford P Goplerud 18, Anne Clarissa Goplerud 17. 1915: Clarice Goplerud age 21.
1920: Sam Savre 43, Clarisa Savre 26.
1925: Doctor Sam Sarre 48, Clarisa Sarre 32.
1930: Sam S Savre 53, Clarice A Savre 37.
1940: Same S Savre 63, Clarice Ann Savre 47, Harry C Gopebrod 76. Iowa.
