MRS. BUELL, 41, TO BE BURIED
WIFE OF FARMER DIES IN WAVERLY HOSPITAL FOLLOWING ILLNESSCharles City – Mrs. Christina Buell, 41, wife of Clarence Buell, a Riverton Township farmer, died in the hospital at Waverly Saturday evening following an illness of two weeks.
Mrs. Buell was born In Meyer and had lived in Floyd County 16 years.
She is survived by her husband, three children, Raymond; Leo; and Anna Marie, at home; three brothers; Matt May, Mason City; John May, Meyer; Ben May, St. Cloud, Minnesota; also four sisters; Margeret Bergien, California; Sister Mary Geraldine, Meyer; Sister Mary Gerald, China; and Sister Mary Lydia.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday morning at 9 o’clock in the Catholic Church with the Rev. Thomas Rooney officiating and burial will be in Calvary Cemetery.
The Sacred Heart Guild will meet Monday evening at the Lindaman Funeral Home to recite the Rosary.

Christina May was born June 27, 1898 in Mitchell County, Iowa, the daughter of Henry May and Anna (Hemann) May.
She married Clarence Randolph Buell, the son of Frank E Buell and Mamie (Ryan) Buell
