LAST RITES AT NEW HAVEN
FOR MRS. WM. MARR TODAY

Last rites are today (Thursday) for Mrs. William Marr, 71, who died at her home on Monday evening, December 19, 1949. Services are at the St. Peter's church in New Haven, with Father Entringer officiating, and burial in the New Haven cemetery.

Mrs. William Marr was born on March 24, 1878, to T.J. and Johanna Cashman, of Elma, Iowa. Before her marriage in 1900, to William Henry Marr, she was a school teacher in Howard county. After her marriage she lived at Sumner and for the last 43 years on a farm near New Haven.

Surviving are her husband and seven children: Francis and Vincent of Sheboygan, Wisconsin, Mrs. Paul Merrick, Mrs. Vincent Miller, and Mrs. Jim Dunley of New Haven, Mrs. Lloyd Fox of St. Ansgar, and Urban Marr of Osage. There are also three brothers: Jim, John and Clem, of Osage; two sisters, Mrs. Tom Knox of Rochester, and Mrs. Grace Olsen of Clinton, Oklahoma.

Preceding her in death were a brother, Ed; a sister, Loretta; and one son, Joseph, who died in infancy.
