IN CALIFORNIA
Funeral services for Mrs. Florence B. Douglas, 82, of Berkeley, California, and formerly of Osage, were held on March 19, 1949 in the Little Chapel of Flowers in Berkeley. Dr. Vere V. Loper officiated. Mrs. Douglas died March 16th at her home, after a week's illness.
Mrs. Douglas was the wife of the late J.A. Douglas, a photographer in Osage until 1910. While in Osage Mrs. Douglas was treasurer of Bethany chapter, O.E.S.
Mrs. Douglas was a native of Cincinnati, Ohio, and went to Berkley in 1912. She was a permanent resident after 1919. She is survived by her daughter, E. Louise Douglas of Berkeley.
Mrs. Douglas' ashes will be brought to Osage in June for burial in the family lot.
