MRS. W. KREBSBACH
DIES AFTER TWO
YEARS OF ILLNESS

Mrs. William S. Krebsbach, 44, died at her home sunday afternoon after an illness of about two years. She had suffered intensely during most of that time, so death came as a relief. She was taken to clinics at various places, including Austin, Rochester and Iowa City, in an effort to arrest the disease and lessen her suffering, but nothing could be done and she died after being confined to her bed for several months.

Catherine Arens, daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Joseph arens, was born at Austin, Minnesota, September 30, 1899, and spent her girlhood there. Her marriage to William S. Krebsbach took place at Austin on August 1, 1922.

Mr. and Mrs Krebsbach established their home at Adams, Minnesota, where they operated a large general store, and Mrs. Krebsbach gained a wide circle of friends over that vicinity due to that association and her natural, friendly, kindly manner.

Adams continued to be their home until two and a half years ago when they moved to Osage and established Mr. Krebsbach's present business.

Surviving besides her husband are the following children: William, enlisted in the navy and in foreign service; Curtis, Rogers, Ann and Kay at home. Mrs. E. J. Brush, Osage, is an aunt.

Funeral service was held Wednesday morning at 9:30 o'clock at the Sacred Heart Church, after which the body was taken to the Mayer Funeral Home at Austin, where it lay in state for several hours before burial in the Austin Catholic cemetery.
