Osage, Iowa - Paul Parks, age 72, of Osage and formerly of Charles City, died Wednesday, June 20, 2012, at Osage Rehabilitation and Health Care Center in Osage.

Celebration of Life services will be held at 7 p.m. Saturday, July 7, at the home of Adam and Shelley Parks, 1783 395th Street, St. Ansgar, with Pastor Chip Uhrmacher officiating. Information available and condolences accepted at www.champion-bucheitfuneralhome.com.

Paul Parks, age 72, of Osage and formerly of Charles City, died Wednesday, June 20, 2012, at Osage Rehabilitation and Health Care Center in Osage.

Celebration of Life Services will be held at 7:00 p.m. Saturday, July 7, 2012, at the home of Adam and Shelley Parks, 1783 395th Street, St. Ansgar, Iowa, with Pastor Chip Uhrmacher officiating.

Paul was born September 4, 1939, at Home Creek, Virginia, the son of Sam and Mae (Conely) Parks. He was raised in Virginia. Paul worked in various construction fields throughout his life. He married Janice Baldwin on November 25, 1980. From this union Adam and Janice were born. Paul moved to Charles City in 1990. He enjoyed fishing, woodworking, spending time with family, and loved his dogs.

Paul is survived by his son, Adam (Shelley) Parks of St. Ansgar and daughter, Kayelea; his daughter, Janice (Charles Fisher) Parks and son, Kason and daughter, Kambrya; and a brother, Danny (Emily) Parks of Augusta, Georgia.
