GEORGE GRABAU DIES AT 49; RITES PENDING
Riceville – George Grabau, 49, died of a heart attack here Tuesday night. He had lived with his sister; Mrs. Charles Lubbert, south of Riceville.The body was taken from Bradley-Chisholm Funeral Home to the Jorris Funeral Home, Spring Valley, Minnesota. Funeral services are set tentatively there for Friday afternoon. Burial will be in the Forestville Cemetery in Fillmore County, Minnesota.
Born October 6, 1912 in Fillmore County, he was the son of Louis and Adah Grabau.
Surviving are his other and a brother; Howard, Rochester, Minnesota; four sisters; Mrs. Charles (Alice) Lubbert and Mrs. Harold (Mary) Affeldt, both of Riceville; Mrs. Nordahl (Louise) Hendrickson, Lime Springs; and Mrs. Kenneth (Rebecca) Alexander, Preston, Minnesota.
