STACYVILLE, IOWA - Bernice Margaret Reding, 85, of Stacyville died Thursday, May 31, 2012, at Stacyville Nursing Home.
Funeral services will be held 10:30 a.m. on Monday, June 4, at Visitation Catholic Church, Stacyville.
Visitation will be Sunday, June 3 from 4:30 - 7 p.m. with a Rosary at 6:30 p.m. Visitation will be at Visitation Catholic Church.

#2:Bernice, daughter of Paul and Mary (Juenger) Mullenbach was born December 26, 1926, in Johnsburg, Minnesota. She graduated from Adams High School, and worked as an office manager for JC Penny.
Bernice was united in marriage to Melvin Reding on November 23, 1950. They operated a store in Watkins, Iowa, until 1954. They then farmed near Stacyville until 1980. She enjoyed the company of and visiting with family and friends as well as playing cards, gardening, fishing, and quilting. She was an active member of the Visitation Christian Mothers, Lady Foresters and Catholic Aid Society.
Bernice is survived by her husband Melvin Reding of Stacyville; Five children JoAnn (Albert) Farnham Jr. of Rochester, Minnesota, Douglas (Janet Crossley) Reding of Marshfield, Wisconsin, Jan (Dan) Moretz of Hanlontown, Richard (Gloria) Reding of Stacyville, Robert (Linda) Reding of Fort Madison. Ten grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Two brothers; Leon (Johnnetta) Mullenbach of Red Wing, Minnesota, Nathan (Dorothy) Mullenbach of Adams, Minnesota. Three sister-in-laws; Johanna Mullenbach of Adams, Minnesota, Dorothy Mullenbach of Rochester, Minnesota, Helen Mullenbach of Adams, Minnesota.
She was preceded in death by her parents, three brothers; Edmond, Erwin, Roman and twin sister Beatrice.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be directed to Visitation Church or Stacyville Community Nursing Home.
