Margaret Ann Clark Lombard was born June 15, 1858, in Mitchell County, the daughter of Thomas and Jane (Tibbits) Clark. She died July 21, 1900 in Mitchell County.

On January 30, 1877, she was married to Daniel Lombard; the Rev. T. 0. Douglass performing the ceremony. To this union were born four children:

1. Mrs. Robert (Elizabeth Jane) Whipple (1879-1961),
2. Mrs. Ernest W.(Laura Kalista) Woods (1881-1958),
3. Herbert Daniel Lombard (1885-1944), and
4. Maud Alice Lombard (1890-1901)

Burial was at the Osage City Cemetery.
