Albin James Bernhard Groth – August 17, 1908 – April 20, 1999

Groth, Albin J. "Al" Age 90 of Taylor, formerly of Milwaukee, died Tuesday. at the Florence Villa Nursing Home, Florence, Wisconsin.
He lived in Milwaukee from 1952 and was an inspector for the Milwaukee Road Railroad before retiring and moving to Taylor in 1984.
Services will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, at the Upper Beaver Creek Lutheran Church, with Burial in the church cemetery, both rural Taylor.
Friends may call Fri. from 6-9p.m. at the Jensen-Modjeski Funeral Home, Hixton, (715) 963-2311, and also 1 hr. prior to Services at the church.

Albin James Bernard Groth was born August 17, 1908 in Otranto Township, Mitchell County, Iowa, the son of Anton Conrad Groth and Ida Bertine (Gunderson) Groth.
He married Lillian Elvina Fenney, the daughter of Theodore Fenney and Charlotte (Hendrickson) Fenney.
Lillian was born January 31, 1917 in Jackson Co., Wisconsin and died December 28, 1985 at St. Joseph’s Hospital in Marshfield, Wisconsin.
