Ardyth Jean (Gray) Nath September 12, 1935 – February 24, 2000

Funeral services for Ardyth Nath of Riceville were held at 1:30 p.m. Monday, February 28 at St. Peter’s Lutheran Church in Riceville. The Rev. Matthew Versemann officiated. Interment was in Riverside Cemetery in Riceville. Lindstrom Funeral Home handled the arrangements.

Ardyth, 64, died Thursday, February 24, 2000 at her residence after an extended illness.

Ardyth Jean Nath was born September 12, 1935 in Tama County, the daughter of Warren and Mildred (Tomlinson) Gray. She attended local schools and graduated from Riceville High School in 1953.

On September 29, 1955 she married Richard Nath at St. Peter’s Lutheran Church in Riceville.

Survivors include her husband Richard; three sons: Doug and Dana both of Riceville, and Christopher of Fraser, CO one daughter: Debora Wright of Carbondale, CO; five grandchildren; two brothers: Howard Gray of Sauk Centre, MN and Dr. James Gray of Spring Grove, MN; two sisters: Elaine Robinson of Fenton, MI and Evelyn Watson of Lime Springs.

Ardyth was preceded in death by her parents.
