Funeral services were held on Tuesday, November 20, 1984 at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Mason City, for Amanda Rae Nauman, 6, a former Osage resident, who died Saturday, November 24, at her home in Mason City.
Amanda was the daughter of Jeff Nauman, Waterloo and Kim Nauman, Mason City.
Rev. James King officiated at the service and burial was in Elmwood Cemetery. The Hogan-Bremer Colonial Chapel was in charge of arrangements.
Amanda was born on July 6, 1978, in Osage. She attended Hoover School in Mason City, where she was in the PERSN (Preschool Education: Reaching Special Needs) program for three years. She was a member of Holy Family Catholic Church.
Along with her parents, she is survived by a sister, Stephanie, at home; her maternal grandparents, Merlin and Mary Obermeier, Charles City; maternal great-grandmother, Leona Miller, Rockford; her paternal grandparents, Emmett and Gloria Nauman, Floyd, and paternal great-grandfather, Emmett Nauman Sr., Floyd.
