NOBLE OF MCINTIRE DIES IN MISSOURI; FUNERAL AT NASHUA
McIntire – Frank Noble of McIntire who had been in the hospital at Kansas City, Missouri, for several weeks died Tuesday. Mr. Noble went south to the home of his mother early in the fall, hoping to regain his health.
He had been afflicted with throat trouble for some time. He had been in the hospital only a few weeks. He had charge of his father’s café and beer parlors in McIntire.
He leaves a wife and three daughters; Ruth, Betty and Alice.
Funeral services will be held at Nashua, Iowa, Thursday. Interment will be made at Nashua, Iowa. Mr. Noble was about 35 or 36 years old.

Frank Fritcher Noble was born 1901 in Nashua, Chickasaw, Iowa, the son of Wid. W. Noble and Josephine (Fritcher) Noble. He married Nellie Pearl Tallman.

VERDICT RETURNED FOR PLAINTIFF IN INSURANCE ACTION
Osage – The jury after three hours deliberation returned a verdict for the plaintiff here Saturday night in the case of Nelly Pearl Noble of McIntire versus United Benefit Life Insurance Company in district court before Judge M. H. Kepler.
In her petition Mrs. Noble says that her husband, Frank F. Noble who died March 8, 1937, had a policy for $1,000 with that company which refused to pay her upon his death, claiming he was suffering with tuberculosis of the throat at the time the policy was granted.
She asked for the face of the policy, interest and costs of the action.
