Patricia "Patti" Van Deusen

OSAGE, IOWA - Patricia "Patti" Van Deusen, 56, died Thursday, January 5, 2012, at her home.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held at a later date.

Should friends desire, memorials may be directed to the Patti Van Deusen Memorial in care of her husband, Eric Van Deusen.

Patricia Mae Duistermars was born September 19, 1955, in Artesia, California, the daughter of Robert Dale and Martha Mae (Veenendaal) Duistermars.

Those left to cherish her memory include her husband, Eric Van Deusen, Osage; her mother Martha Duistermars, California; her children; daughter Stephanie, Plainville, Kan., her son Jeff and his wife Robyn, Milwaukee, Ore., and her son Matt, Cresco; grandchildren Christian, Ethan, Madilyn, Madison, Emma and Ella; one great-grandson; siblings Bob and his wife Jeannie, Janet and her husband Jim, and Mary; four nieces, four nephews; three great-nieces, nine great-nephews; along with other relatives and friends.

Patti is preceded in death by her father, Robert Duistermars.
