July 22, 1930-June 4, 2003
IOWA FALLS - Bonnie Lee Fogarty, 72, of Iowa Falls died Wednesday, June 4, 2003, at her home. Services will be held Saturday, June 7, at 1 p.m. at St. Mark Catholic Church in Iowa Falls with burial in the church cemetery. Father James Dubert will officiate.
Bonnie was born July 22, 1930, in McIntire to Charles and Delores Partridge Papach.
She graduated from Immaculate Conception High School in Elma. On Feb. 10, 1949, she married John C. Fogarty and had been employed at Wal-Mart in Iowa Falls. She was a member of the St. Mark Catholic Church.
She is survived by two sons, Charles Fogarty, and wife Cecilia of Rosemount, Minn., and Dr. Steven Fogarty and his friend, Dana, of Winchester, Va.; two daughters, Laura Hartkopp and husband Ron of Iowa Falls and Susan Jones and husband Martin of Iowa Falls; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; a special friend, Robert Treanor, of Mason City; a stepmother, Katherine Papach, of McIntire; and five half sisters. She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, John.
Surls Funeral Home of Iowa Falls is in charge of arrangements.
